Our services

DK Web Agency designs and builds professional websites for a one-time fee. The specific deliverables, timeline and price for your project are confirmed in writing (by email) before work begins.

Payments

Projects begin after payment (or an agreed deposit) is received. Prices are in Canadian dollars. There are no monthly fees from us; optional maintenance, if requested, is quoted separately.

Ownership

Once your website is completed and fully paid, you own the design and content. Domain names and hosting are registered in your name and paid directly to the provider.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content (text, images, logos) and feedback within reasonable timeframes. Timelines depend on receiving these materials.

Revisions

We include reasonable revisions through agreed review checkpoints until you approve the final design. Major scope changes after approval may require a new quote.

Liability

Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the project. We are not liable for third-party services such as hosting providers or domains.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
